Individual Counseling

Counseling is a collaborative, non-judgmental, and holistic approach to addressing emotional, mental, and physical wellness. Our providers seek to provide culturally informed service for people from diverse backgrounds and are a safe-space for the LGBTQIA community.

Each clinician offers individual therapy and has their own approach to treatment. They may use a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused. At the end of counseling, you will have an increased awareness of how you feel, why you think or behave in certain ways, and how to make changes.
