Dr. Sheriece will introduce interventions focused on helping you perform optimally in the areas of your life you feel you are at most need. These packages may include individual sessions, direct observation, consultation with others in your life, email and texting communication, and yoga; depending on your personal goals.
Individual sessions can be in-person or via video conferencing.
Dr. Sheriece is a Certified Yoga Instructor through YogaFit. She teaches a Vinyasa-Power yoga style designed to improve mind-body connection, while strengthening your body and increasing flexibility.
