Dr. Sheriece Sadberry
Licensed Psychologist

There is so much I can share, both personally and professionally, that would explain why I do what I do. The road has been long and bumpy, but all in all my life experiences have allowed me to wake up every day excited to serve my clients as a lighthouse on their path.

I worked for several years as a Youth Specialist with abused and neglected children, homeless teenagers, and pregnant or parenting teenagers. I also was a Family Support Worker and Community Treatment Aide. This work was challenging, but it fueled my passion for helping others who are struggling and increased my knowledge of human behavior.

After tearing my ACL for a second time, I reflected on my athletic experiences and the challenges I faced in life. Through that process, I began to realize something was missing in my athletic training, but also in how I was approaching the goals I set for myself. Learning “how to think right in sports” helped me improve my ability to be successful in accomplishing my LIFE goals. These mental skills clarify your Vision, improve Focus, and take your mind and body to the Next Level not just as an athlete, but as a HUMAN!

This influenced my determination to earn a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. I have worked with individuals and couples in the community from diverse backgrounds who wanted to improve their emotional wellness. Additionally, I have had the privilege of working with collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes, including National Championship Collegiate Teams. I look forward to helping you accomplish your goals!

I continue to expand my services as I continue to grow as a professional. In 2019, I became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. My initial intentions in college were to practice law, however, I shifted gears after my freshman year of college. My passion for the law and being on the right side of right never left me and continues to be a core value. I am eager to work with individuals as they find a commonplace moving through a difficult time in their lives to begin the next chapter.

Please explore my website and my CV to see the breadth of services I offer to the Tampa Bay and surrounding communities.

                 Namaste,

                          Dr. Sheriece
